ASHEVILLE, N.C. -Â UNC Asheville Men's Tennis welcomes UNC Greensboro in non-conference action on Wednesday (Mar. 29). First serve is set for 2:00 p.m. from the Asheville Racquet Club.
About the Bulldogs -Â The Bulldogs come into the matchup at 6-7 overall after a 6-1 win over North Carolina Central on Saturday (Mar. 25). The Bulldogs come in with a 19-11 combined doubles record, as well as a 38-37 combined singles record. Jon Brann Reid and Rafa Serra lead the way in doubles play with six wins, while Harry Thursfield and Sam Nicholson also have five wins in doubles play. Bruno Serra and Thursfield have three wins as a team, while the teams of Bruno Serra and Chester Wickwire and Wickwire and Nicholson each have two wins. The tandem of Reid and Thursfield also has one doubles win. Nicholson and Thursfield each have eight singles wins on the season, while Freddy Murray has six wins.
