Women's Tennis secures home-court advantage with No. 4 seed in Big South Tournament

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – With the conclusion of the regular season this afternoon, the Big South announced the seedings for the 2022 Big South Tournament, with No. 4 UNC Asheville set to host No. 5 Presbyterian on Saturday, April 16th in the quarterfinal matchup.
Undefeated Charleston Southern earned their second straight regular season championship, while one-loss Campbell earned the No. 2 seed, followed by Gardner-Webb at the No. 3, and Presbyterian at No. 6.
The No. 4 seed is Asheville's highest since the 2010 season, where they earned the same seed.
The Bulldogs most recently knocked off the Blue Hose 7-0 last Thursday on Senior Day, behind three straight-set wins in singles play.
Saturday's match will start at 12:00 p.m. at the Asheville Racquet Club Downtown.
