Women's Basketball Welcomes Warren Wilson for Education Day on Wednesday

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - The UNC Asheville women's basketball team hosts Warren Wilson on Wednesday (Nov. 30) for Education Day sponsored by Arby's. The UNC Asheville Athletic Department is also continuing its toy drive to donate to the Eblen Charities Saint Nicholas Project.
About the Bulldogs - The Bulldogs come into the matchup at 3-2 overall after a 64-51 win over rival Western Carolina on Monday (Nov. 28). UNC Asheville ranks fifth in the league in scoring offense at 59.8 points per game, while also ranking second in the league in scoring defnese allowing 55.8 points per game. McKinley Brooks-Sumpter leads the Bulldogs and ranks 10th in the Big South Conference in scoring at 11.8 points per game, while Mallory Bruce also averages 10.6 points per game.
