ASHEVILLE, N.C. – UNC Asheville men's basketball returns to the court this Sunday, welcoming St. Andrews University to Kimmel Arena. BATTLing Tough
The Bulldogs visited basketball-rich North Carolina this past Tuesday, fighting well into the second half before ultimately falling 72-53. Junior Jamon Battle had a career game against the Tar Heels, scoring 19 points including going 3-for-4 from 3-point range, snagging six rebounds. Although Drew Pember totaled just two points, the junior played strong defense down low, swatting five shots to give him 22 on the young season.

Sunday will be the second Division I club that St. Andrews has played this year, falling to South Carolina State 67-53.
