Scoring from a fifth-year senior – Nadiria Evans continues to be one of Asheville's top scoring options as she enters her fifth year as a Bulldog in 2021-22. Evans netted a team-high 14 points with five rebounds and five assists in Tuesday's season opener at UNCG. Carter, who led the Bulldogs with 193 boards as a sophomore, ranks second to only Campbell's Taya Bolden (16 rebounds) on the Big South's rebounding list so far.
Boost off the bench – Another highlight for Asheville from Tuesday's game was the production off the bench.
