Women’s Tennis finishes play at Wofford Sunday

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The UNC Asheville women's tennis team finished play at the Wofford Terrier Invite on Sunday afternoon, wrapping up its fall season.
With the majority of the action taking place Friday and Saturday, the Bulldogs did well in their limited action as Lize Alet Morkel and Kendall Byers topped their opponents 6-3 to take the gray double draw.
In singles action, Morkel was edged out in her last but Ami Grace Dougah completed her nearly flawless weekend, winning the Terrier draw 6-0, 6-4.

The Bulldogs open up their spring season in January when they host Tusculum.
