Big South Conference Fall Championships
10.25.2026 | Women's Tennis
ASHEVILLE, N.C. - UNC Asheville Women's Tennis picked up some solid wins in split squad action over the weekend (Oct. 23-25), with Bulldogs competing both at the Big South Conference Fall Championships and the MTSU Fall Invite.
Â
"We had a weekend full of great tennis!" said head coach Jeff Maren. "Vic, Srini and Sol represented us well at the Big South tournament, and the rest of the girls played a lot of matches at the MTSU Invite. This year is all about building culture, establishing our barometer for effort, and enhancing our desire to learn and grow! Our girls are excelling in these areas, so results will come, no doubt. The focus can't be on past or future, but rather on the moment at hand. We are doing this, and so improvements are happening daily. It's fun to watch our team grow!"
