The Sumter, SC native is currently sitting at 974 career points, leaving her just 26 points shy of the 1,000 point total for her career.
- Amaryah Corpening had a career day versus Longwood as she set career-highs in points (21), FG made (7), 3-pt. FG made (4) and blocks (2). It was the fifth time this season that a Bulldog has scored 20+ points in a game and Corpening is one of three Bulldogs to score 20 or more points in a game this season. She is also the second Bulldog to hit four three-pointers in a game this season.
- UNC Asheville currently ranks 16th in the nation in offensive rebounds per game and 22nd in rebounding margin. UNC Asheville is also 23rd in total rebounds per game. The Bulldogs sit atop the Big South in all three categories. The Bulldogs have won or tied in the rebounding battle in 16 of their 18 games this season.
- UNC Asheville is second in the Big South at this point in the season at limiting three pointers. The Bulldogs aren't just making noise in the Big South with their ability to limit the three as they are 47th in the nation in 3pt FG defense. Opposing offenses are shooting just 27.9% from the three-point line against the Bulldogs.
- UNC Asheville is 25th in the nation in fewest points allowed and is currently second in the Big South in the category. UNC Asheville has allowed 60 points or less in all 11 of their victories this season.
- UNC Asheville had a 26 point scorer in consecutive games earlier this month. Sonora Dengokl scored a season-high 26 points in UNC Asheville's win against High Point. Nadiria Evans modeled that performance by scoring a career-high of 26 in the Bulldogs' win against Radford. Dengokl and Evans each scored in double figures in all four of the Bulldogs wins from Jan. 4-11.
- Senior center Brooke Jordan-Brown corralled her 500th career rebound versus Gardner-Webb on Jan. 21. The Greenville, SC native is now the 19th person in UNC Asheville history to reach the total. She corralled a career-high 23 rebounds in UNC Asheville's conference opening win against Presbyterian.
