The Bulldogs are 3-0 so far this season. It is the first time the Bulldogs have begun a season 3-0 since the 2005-06 season. The Bulldogs opened their season at home with a 68-48 victory against Lenoir-Rhyne before downing Western Carolina, 64-47, in their first road match of the season. Zip Scott scored in double digits for the third straight game making her the only Bulldog to score 10+ points in every game this season. Brooke Jordan-Brown also corralled 10 rebounds making it the second straight game the senior center has secured a double digit rebounding total.

In the win over Western Carolina last week, the Bulldogs once again had three double digit scorers with junior Amaryah Corpening leading the way with a new career high of 11. Brooke Jordan-Brown secured her first career double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds in the game.

Three Bulldogs scored in double figures in the win against Lenoir-Rhyne. Sonora Dengokl led the way with 17 while Zip Scott followed with 11 and Nadiria Evans with 10. Scott scored nine of her 11 points in the second half while Evans put up eight of her 10 points in the final quarter of the game. Scott led the Bulldogs with a career-high eight rebounds.
