ASHEVILLE, N.C. – It will be a Sunday full of Bulldog tennis at the Asheville Racquet Club Downtown on Sunday, April 8, with both the UNC Asheville men's and women's tennis teams playing host to Campbell.

All of the action on the day is scheduled to get underway at noon at the Asheville Racquet Club Downtown. 

The women's tennis match will also serve as Senior Day for Amalie Davidsen.

About UNC Asheville Men's Tennis

UNC Asheville men's tennis has put together some impressive wins over the course of the 2018 spring season. The Bulldogs welcome Campbell owning a 7-10 overall record and 2-4 mark in league play. Nationally 76th-ranked Henry Patten leads the Bulldogs with nine singles wins on the season. Olly Cull and Oli Nolan are right behind with eight singles wins each. In doubles, the nationally 38th-ranked pairing of Patten and Cull leads the Bulldogs with 10 wins. The Bulldog duo of Nolan and Edward Colclough are right behind with nine wins.

About UNC Asheville Women's Tennis
The Bulldogs welcome Campbell owning a 9-9 overall record on the 2018 spring season. The Bulldogs are 2-5 in league play. The Bulldogs currently have three players with double-digit wins in singles. Kylee Shipley leads UNC Asheville with 11 wins in singles, while Emily Sidor and Christin Louw both have 10 wins. Hannah Francisco and Shipley lead the Bulldogs in doubles with 14 wins on the season. All 14 wins have come at No. 1 doubles.

About Campbell Tennis
The Campbell men's tennis team is presently 12-5 on the season. The Camels are 4-1 in league play. The Campbell women's tennis team owns an 11-7 record overall and 5-2 record in conference play.
