UNC Asheville Women’s Tennis Travels to Virginia for Two Matches This Weekend

LYNCHBURG, Va. – The UNC Asheville women's team heads to the Commonwealth of Virginia over the next couple of days for matches at Liberty and Radford.

The Bulldogs will first take on Liberty at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 30, and then battle the Highlanders of Radford at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 31.

UNC Asheville makes its way to Virginia having won four out of its last six matches. UNC Asheville is 9-6 overall and 2-2 in league play.

Last Road Matches
The two matches in Virginia are the last two regular-season road matches of the 2018 spring season for UNC Asheville women's tennis.

About Liberty
The Flames welcome the Bulldogs owning a 3-0 record in Big South Conference play this season. Liberty is 9-7 overall. One day after facing the Bulldogs, Liberty welcomes Winthrop to its home facility at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 31.

About Radford
The Highlanders first face Campbell on Thursday, March 29, before playing host to UNC Asheville at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 31. Radford is 8-7 overall and 2-2 in league play.
