ASHEVILLE, N.C. — The UNC Asheville women's tennis team will play host to the Western Carolina Catamounts this Sunday, Feb. 12, at the Asheville Racquet Club beginning at 2 p.m.

QUITE THE PAIR: The No. 1 pairing of sophomores Hannah Francisco and Kylee Shipley have had a stellar start to the season. The pair is now 4-2 on the year after falling to Davidson's top pairing last time out. Shipley is also 5-1 at the No. 2 singles position.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Lauren Watson-Steele was named the Big South Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week earlier this year for her standout performance to open the season. The freshman from Cambridgeshire, England is 4-2 in singles play and is also 3-3 in doubles.
UP NEXT: Â Following play on Sunday, the Bulldogs will continue their homestand by opening Big South Conference play against Liberty on Saturday, Feb.18. Start time is scheduled for 2 p.m.
