NOTABLES
Head-to-Head: The Bulldogs and the Chanticleers last met in the regular season when Asheville traveled to Coastal Carolina in late March. The Chants swept the Bulldogs 7-0 on their home court to stay perfect in conference play and drop Asheville to a BSC record of 1-3. Since that match, the Bulldogs have rallied behind the singles play of Christin Louw, Lauren Brooker and Hannah Francisco to string together a three-match win-streak and improve to 4-5 in league play. The Chants have since dropped to conference matches to Liberty and Winthrop for a record of 7-2.
Conference Honorees: Freshman Hannah Francisco received Big South Conference Singles Second Team All-Conference honors in her first season with the Bulldogs. Francisco has played the majority of her matches in the No. 1 spot for Asheville this season, garnering a record of 8-6 (4-5 BSC). Junior Hunter Hall was named to the Big South Conference All-Academic Team. Hall is a Mass Communications major with a concentration in Journalism.

On the Match- “We know from playing them earlier this season that Coastal is a good team, and we're going to have to play some good tennis to come away with the win. The girls have had a good week of practice and we're looking forward to playing in the tournament.”
