LYNCHBURG– The UNC Asheville Women's Tennis team suffered their first conference loss to Liberty University on the road in Lynchburg.
NOTABLES
-The Flames collected the doubles point after three straight wins (6-1, 6-4, 6-3) on courts one through three.
-Asheville battled back, collecting singles wins from Christin Louw on court five (6-2, 6-2), and Kylee Shipley on court six (6-7, 6-3, 10-4).
-Liberty was able to produce four singles wins over Asheville to come out with a 5-2 win and hand the Bulldogs their first conference loss.
