Women's Tennis Hosts Liberty Today at Noon

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - The UNC Asheville women's tennis team is home today at Noon for a key Big South Conference battle with Liberty at the Asheville Racquet Club. 

 

The Bulldogs (6-0) are unbeaten in 2015 and opened league play with an exciting 4-3 victory over Radford last Saturday.

 

Asheville faces a stiff challenge in a talented Liberty squad. The Flames are 8-2 on the season and downed Longwood 5-2 to open league play earlier in the week.

 

"Liberty is very good," explained Bulldog coach Lise Gregory. "They are a deep team that can win anywhere. We'll have to play quite well today."
