Women's Tennis Will Host WCU on Wednesday

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - The UNC Asheville women's tennis team will host mountain rival Western Carolina on Wednesday afternoon at 12:15. The match at the Asheville Racquet Club Downtown was slated to be played Tuesday but potential bad weather has moved the match indoors for Wednesday. Admission is free.

 

The Bulldogs are 5-3 on the season and coming off a thrilling 4-3 victory at Wofford on Feb. 24. Asheville was scheduled to play at Charlotte on Saturday but that match was postponed due to snow in the Charlotte area.

 

Western Carolina is 1-4 on the season. The Bulldogs have won the last three matches against their mountain rivals.
