Women's Tennis Blanks Mars Hill, 7-0

ASHEVILLE, N.C. The UNC Asheville women's tennis team won their third straight match on Saturday evening as the Bulldogs downed neighboring Mars Hill College, 7-0 in a match played at the Crowne Plaza Tennis Center.

Asheville (5-4) was in complete command of the match against the Lady Lions (1-6). The Bulldogs won all their singles matches in straight sets and each doubles match handily.

Asheville will go for its fourth straight win on Tuesday when it hosts North Carolina A&T at the Crowne Plaza starting at 2 p.m.
