Tennis Teams to Host Fall Tournament This Weekend at Crowne Plaza Tennis Center

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - The UNC Asheville men's and women's tennis team will be at its new home this weekend as they host a tournament at the Crowne Plaza Tennis Center. The tournament will take place on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
The Crowne Plaza Tennis Center is approximately five minutes from the UNC Asheville campus
Both teams were scheduled to go over to ETSU this weekend but with the weather forecast for rain the entire weekend in Johnson City, the Bulldogs agreed to host part of the tournament in Asheville.
"We're going to have our team playing along with ETSU and Tennessee Tech," stated Asheville coach Lise Gregory. "We may also have some people from the community playing, as well.
"We will play some matches indoors and weather permitting we will try go outside, as well," added Gregory.
The results for the tournament will be posted on www.uncabulldogs.com on Monday.
