The Bulldogs (0-2) were led by Chioma Okoli with 13 points and seven rebounds. The sophomore guard went 5-of-10 from the field and 3-of-5 from beyond the arc. She earned a spot on the all-tournament team.

The home team went ice cold the rest of the game as the Tribe outscored the Bulldogs 21-6 over the final 10 minutes. Courtney Portell led the William & Mary run with three treys, including back-to-back three-pointers that triggered the 13-0 run.
Portell led the Tribe with 15 points. She also collected nine rebounds. Dani Kell, who made the all-tournament team, had a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds.
The Bulldogs had a tough day shooting as they shot 35 percent from the field (20-of-58) and 41 percent (5-of-12) from the free throw line.
