WILMINGTON, N.C. - The UNC Asheville men's tennis team picked up a 4-0 non-conference victory over Lees-McRae Tuesday afternoon at the UNC Wilmington Tennis Center.
The Bulldogs (7-2) won all three doubles matches to claim the doubles points. UNCA then won three singles match before the match was called as the Bulldogs captured their third straight victory. UNCA got singles victories from Julien Vulliez, Rob Nunnery and Adam Branks.
The Bulldogs play at UNC Wilmington Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m.
"We played well today," commented Asheville coach Chase Hodges. "We did a good job getting the doubles points and took care of business in singles play. Lees McRae is a well-coached team."
