Finished among the top-10 in the Big South Conference in service aces with 0.33 aces per set ... Had 30 service aces in her 92 sets played ... Salisbury averaged 0.39 aces per set in conference play ... Salisbury had five matches during the season where she recorded double-digit digs ... In UNC Asheville's match at Liberty (9/30), Salisbury collected a season-best 22 digs ... The 22 digs were the second-most for the Bulldogs on the year in five-set matches ... Before UNC Asheville: A four year letterwinner at Chatfield Public Schools, Salisbury was a three-time Three Rivers All-Conference honoree and led the conference in service aces in 2015 … As a junior in 2014, she led the conference in serving percentage … She was named the KFIL Player of the Game five times during her career and ended her career as a member of both the Career “Dig” Club and Career “Kills” Club … On top of her three Three Rivers All-Conference honors, she was also a three-time Conference All-Academic honoree (2012-14) as well as a two-time All-State Academic award winner (2014-15) and graduated with honors … She led the Gophers to three straight subsection crowns (2013-15) and the team finished as section runners-up in all three seasons … Played her club ball for Mizuno Northern Lights, ending her career under the guidance of head coach Eric Poppelman … Her club team claimed the crown at the AAU National Championships 16 Premier in 2014 … That same year, the squad took first at the Omaha President’s Day Tournament … In 2015, she led the team to a third-place finish at the AAU National Championships 17 Premier tournament after winning both the NL Qualifier 17 USA and Omaha President’s Day Tournament … In 2016, the club earned a won the NL Qualifier 18 Elite and finished second at the Tomeo Easter Volley Under 18.
