2024 Season (Redshirt-Sophomore) - Competed in 22 matches and 73 sets for Asheville in 2024...Had a career-high 11 kills at USC Upstate (11/16/24), had a career-high four digs twice, a career-high eight blocks against Georgia State (09/06/2024) and an attack percentage of .667 against Winthrop on Nov. 5...Finished the season with 90 kills and a .286 attack percentage and 63 total blocks.Â
2023 Season (Sophomore) - Did not compete during the 2023 season.Â
2022 Season (Freshman) - As a freshman, Pate appeared in 15 matches and 30 sets overall for the Bulldogs...She made her Bulldog debut on August 27 in a match vs. Queens...Overall, Pate racked up 27 kills, 11 digs, and 11 total blocks...Set career-highs in kills (8) and digs (4) in a match vs. Campbell on November 11 and scored 9.5 points in that contest.Â
Prior to UNC Asheville - Named the 2021 Region Player of the Year...Helped her team win the NCISAA State Championship in 2021...Was a First Team All-State selection as a junior & senior...First Team All-Conference in her final two seasons in high school as well...Also was the Coastal Prep Defensive Player of the Year...According to MaxPreps, ranked fifth in North Carolina in hitting percentage in 2021 (.544)...Led the area in hitting percentage and total blocks as a senior.
