Overview: Emerged as UNC Asheville's starting goalkeeper in 2006 and did a solid job...was a back-up for two years...named to Big South Presidential Honor Roll the past years and earned spot on Athletic Director's 3.0 & Above Club four different times.
2006: Played in 14 matches and started 12 times...posted a 4-6-0 record and did solid job for the Bulldogs...had two shutouts on the year, including 2-0 blanking of Lipscomb (9-17) on the road and 1-0 shutout over league foe VMI (10-21)...made 65 saves, including a season-high 10 against national power Clemson (10-18) where the Bulldogs fell, 3-1.
2005: Played in one match at UNC Wilmington and did not allow a goal in the final 17 minutes of play.
2004: Back-up goalkeeper who played in one game against East Carolina.
Before UNC Asheville: Outstanding prep and club career...graduated from Carolina Friends HS and was team MVP as a junior and senior...had a 0.68 goals against average as a junior and 1.02 mark as a senior...played for coach Jim Mathewson...was a second team All-State selection as a junior...played for Triangle Football Club premier team for five years and he helped lead squad to state championship game last year.
