2022-23 Season (Freshman) - Maddox has appeared in four games for Asheville in 2022-23...His appearances were against Brevard, Warren Wilson, Arkansas and High Point...Scored four points and totaled three steals in his playing time as a freshman.
Prior to UNC Asheville - After missing his freshman year due to injury, Maddox rebounded to be named the Novant Health Comeback Athlete of the Year as a sophomore...A three-year starter in both basketball and football at Davie County High School...He averaged 18 points, 5.8 assists, 3.5 steals and 4.0 rebounds per game in high school...Was a three-time All-Conference and All-District selection...A two-time All-Area selection as well...Named the 2021-22 Davie County Athlete of the Year.
