2021-22 Season (Sophomore) - As a sophomore, Marable saw action in 25 games, including one appearance in the starting lineup...He totaled 228 minutes of playing time, scored 30 points and grabbed 32 rebounds...The Knoxville, Tennessee native also shot 51.9 percent from the field...Started for Asheville in the season opener at UAB on November 9 where he played 19 minutes, scored six points and grabbed five rebounds.
2020-21 Season (Freshman) - Appeared in 15 games as a freshman...Totaled 14 points, 14 rebounds...Scored in eight games, grabbed a rebound or more in nine contests...Season-high four points in debut against UNC Wilmington.
Prior to UNC Asheville - Agile big man ranked as the No. 13 prospect in the state of Tennessee, according to Prep Hoops … Named a Tennessee Sports Writer’s Association All-State selection as a senior … Also named to the All-PrepXtra Boys Basketball Second-Team in 2020 … Earned all-district honors as a junior, averaging 15.8 points, 6.0 rebounds and 1.2 blocks per game … As a sophomore, he helped lead Grace Christian to a state championship … Played his AAU basketball for PSB Elite, coached by Sim Frazier, out of North Carolina.
