2023 Season (Freshman) - In her debut season as a Bulldog, Isabel set a new program record for fastest 5K, running a 17:23.9 at the 2023 Upstate Invitational...Richardson earned Big South All-Conference honors with her 17:26 finish at the Cross Country Championships, as she earned an eighth-place finish...At the NCAA Division I Southeast Region Championships, Richardson finished the 6K in 21:53.1, the fifth-best finish in program history.
Prior to UNC Asheville - Fourth at English Schools in 1500m in 2023 in track and field... Fourth place at English Schools Fell Running Championship (years 12/13), 2022 Qualified for national A team and represented England in Home Countries international race (Under 20 women) in 2022...Fell running 1st place at English Championship race at Sedbergh in 2022.
