Bio
Overview: Junior distance runner who has worked hard and should be a key runner for the Bulldog harriers in 2010.
Cross Country 2009: Ran in all six races for Asheville...finished 22nd with a time of 18:13 in 5K race at WCU Open (9-4)...top 8K time was 29:16 at Charlotte Invitational (10-2).
2008-09: Ran cross country for the Bulldogs in the fall with top time of 31:15 at App State...during track season he set a personal best for the 1500 meters at the Charlotte 49er Classic running 4:17.
Before UNC Asheville: Competed in cross country and track and field at Blake High School in Silver Spring, Maryland.
