2022 Season (Junior) - In his third season with the Bulldogs, Ledford ran in four races for Asheville...Set a new personal-best 8K time at the Louisville Classic on October 1 (25:42.9)...Finished 15th at the Winthrop Invitational in mid-September with a time of 25:42.9...Competed at the Big South Cross Country Championships where he finished 43rd with a time of 26:58.5.
Fall 2021 Season (Sophomore) - Ledford returned for his second season as a Bulldog in the fall and appeared in five races for the team...His top finish came at the Fire Tower Open by placing 16th with a time of 26:42.5...Set a new personal-best 5K time at the Louisville Classic in early October clocking in at 25:55.8...Made his first appearance at the Big South Cross Country Championships in late October where he placed 25th with a time of 26:15.5...Closed out his season by running for the Bulldogs at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships...In that 10K race, Ledford placed 131st with a time of 32:17.9.
Spring 2021 Season (Freshman) - Ledford appeared in one cross country meet for the Bulldogs during the spring 2021 season...He made his collegiate debut at the Highlander Invitational in mid-February...During his lone cross country race, Ledford finished 17th with a time of 26:24.0 in the 7.4k race.
Prior to UNC Asheville - Was a member of two state championship teams...A two-time All-State pick and a four-time All-Conference selection.
