Bulldogs Sign Quintin Mansfield to 2026 Class

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – UNC Asheville men's basketball head coach Mike Morrell announced Friday (April 17) that Quintin Mansfield has signed his National Letter of Intent and will join the Bulldogs for the 2026–27 season.
Mansfield, a 6-7 forward from Snellville, Ga., is coming off a 30-1 season at Gainesville High School. His Red Elephants squad went undefeated through the regular season before falling in the semifinals of the GHSA Class 5A State Tournament.
Across his high school career, Mansfield was part of winning programs in all four years, compiling a 54-8 record at Grayson High School and a 49-9 mark at Gainesville. He helped lead Gainesville to back-to-back Region 7-5A titles.
During his time at Grayson, Mansfield also captured back-to-back Region 4-7A championships and was a member of the 2024 Class 7A state championship team.
Mansfield enters Asheville ranked as the No. 11 forward in the state of Georgia.
