UNC Asheville Men’s Basketball Announces 2026-27 Big South Conference Schedule

BASKETBALL SCHEDULE
ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The UNC Asheville men's basketball team has announced its 2026-27 Big South Conference schedule, featuring eight home league contests inside Kimmel Arena.
The Bulldogs will open conference play on the road on New Year's Day, traveling to USC Upstate on Friday, Jan. 1. Asheville will then return home for three consecutive contests, beginning with Winthrop on Sunday, Jan. 3, followed by Charleston Southern on Saturday, Jan. 9 and Longwood on Wednesday, Jan. 13.
UNC Asheville returns to the road for back-to-back games at Gardner-Webb on Saturday, Jan. 16 and Radford on Wednesday, Jan. 20 before welcoming Presbyterian to Kimmel Arena on Saturday, Jan. 23.
The Bulldogs will close January with a road trip to defending Big South opponent High Point on Thursday, Jan. 28.
Asheville opens the February portion of its schedule at home against Radford on Wednesday, Feb. 3 before traveling to Winthrop on Saturday, Feb. 6. The Bulldogs return to Kimmel Arena for a Thursday night matchup against High Point on Feb. 11 before heading to Longwood on Saturday, Feb. 13.
UNC Asheville will then travel to Presbyterian on Thursday, Feb. 18 before returning home to face USC Upstate on Saturday, Feb. 20. The Bulldogs close the regular season with a road game at Charleston Southern on Thursday, Feb. 25 before hosting Gardner-Webb on Saturday, Feb. 27 in the regular-season finale.
Thursday conference games are potential ESPNU wildcard selections as part of the Big South Conference's television package. Additional broadcast information and any schedule adjustments will be announced at a later date.
