UNC Asheville Baseball Hosts Successful Baseball Night 2026

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The UNC Asheville Baseball program celebrated another successful Baseball Night on Friday, Jan. 16, welcoming supporters to Highland Brewing for the annual event presented by Hayes Food Products.
The evening brought together more than 200 alumni, donors, and friends of the program and raised over $98,000 in support of Bulldog Baseball. Guests enjoyed a lively atmosphere highlighted by a live auction featuring exclusive items such as a Kiawah Island weekend vacation, passes to the Biltmore Championship on the PGA Tour, and more.
"I'm incredibly grateful to our alumni, donors, and supporters for the overwhelming support shown at Baseball Night," said interim head coach Alex Raburn. "The belief you have in our program means so much, and our team is excited to honor that support when we take the field this season."
UNC Asheville extends a special thank you to Highland Brewing, the Twisted Laurel Restaurant Group, event emcee David Jandrew, keynote speaker Colin Moran, and the many donors and auction item contributors for their partnership and support in making the event a success.

The Bulldogs open the 2026 season on Friday, Feb. 13, hosting St. Bonaventure at Greenwood Field. First pitch is scheduled for 3:00 p.m., with live stats available at www.uncabulldogs.com. Admission to all home UNC Asheville Baseball games is free, courtesy of Ingles.
