ASHEVILLE, N.C. - UNC Asheville Men's Tennis opens their fall season at the Davidson Invitational this weekend (Sept. 26-28).

About the Bulldogs - Six Bulldogs return from a season ago including 2025 All-Conference Doubles selection Cian Ingles. The Bulldogs also add Division II transfer Jip Mens and freshman Daniel Franco-Key.

About the Tournament Field - The Bulldogs will take on competition from Gardner-Webb, Wofford, Queens (N.C.), Longwood and host Davidson.

From Head Coach Dustin Hale - "We are looking forward to getting the season started this weekend against some of the top players from the Big South and other regional opponents. Testing ourselves against Gardner-Webb and Longwood early will help us get ready for the Fall Big South tournament coming up. The guys are excited and we are well-prepared and ready to go."
