ASHEVILLE, N.C. - The UNC Asheville volleyball team takes on North Carolina Central at home on Tuesday (Sept. 16) before hitting the road to face UNC Greensboro and North Carolina A&T in the Battle of North Carolina on Saturday (Sept. 20).

Greensboro went 1-2 at the UNCW Invitational, falling in five sets to Charlotte and West Georgia before beating UNCW. For her efforts this past weekend, Allie Sweet was named the So-Con Player of the Week. She leads UNCG with 168 kills.
ASHEVILLE'S LAST TIME OUT
The Bulldogs (2-8) enter this week following a 1-2 weekend at the Queens Fall Classic in Charlotte. Kylie Cackovic leads the Bulldogs with 118 kills, adding 30 kills over the weekend, while Senior Michelle Thao continued her defensive dominance with 43 digs over three matches. Setter Selina Koc recorded a double-double in Saturday's match, with 10 digs and 21 assists. Payton Rolfsen was close behind with 15 assists in the match. The two setters split duties to tally 99 assists over the three-match weekend. Baylor Herlehy was named to the Queens Fall Classic All-Tournament Team. She currently leads the team with 48 blocks on the season.
