ASHEVILLE, N.C. - UNC Asheville Women's Tennis dropped its non-conference tilt to Wofford on Wednesday (Mar. 12) by a score of 4-3.

The Bulldogs captured the doubles point with two wins for a 1-0 lead, before Wofford won four singles matches to secure the victory.

Angelina Joy Hug and Elizabeth Tindera beat Breda Brennan and Lily Woods 6-1 at No. 1 doubles, before Ari Siegel and Luise van Rensburg beat Chloe Elliott and Brianna Wilbur 6-3 at No. 3 to clinch the doubles point. Hug would beat Wilbur 6-3, 4-6, 6-0 at No. 2, while Keira Stewart would pick up Asheville's other win at No. 5 beating Grace Agster 6-4, 7-6.
