Men's Soccer Hosts USC Upstate in First Round of Big South Conference Championships on Wednesday

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - UNC Asheville Men's Soccer hosts rival USC Upstate in the first round of the Big South Conference Championships on Wednesday (Nov. 5). Kickoff is set for 6:00 p.m. from Greenwood Field with free admission to all fans.

UNC Asheville enters the tournament as the No. 4 seed at 7-6-2 overall and 3-3-1 in the Big South Conference.

This will be the 16^th all-time meeting between Asheville and Upstate, with Upstate leading the all-time series 9-5-1. Upstate won the regular season meeting 4-0 back on Sept. 20 in Spartanburg. This will be the first-ever postseason meeting between the two programs. Asheville is 0-1-0 all-time in the first round of the Big South Conference Championship.
