Women's Swimming and Diving Hosts Campbell This Weekend for Senior Day

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - UNC Asheville Women's Swimming and Diving hosts Campbell this weekend (Jan. 17-18) for Senior Day. The Bulldogs will honor the largest senior class in the program's history, with 10 total seniors.Â

Seniors Kindal Culpepper, Morgan Coughlen and Jade Canady will be honored prior to the start of the competition.

About the Bulldog Divers - Asheville returns its entire diving squad from a season ago. Jade Canady and Morgan Coughlen who each received Atlantic Sun Conference Diver of the Week honors last season, along with the addition of freshman Vivian Fougeron who has earned two Diver of the Week honors.

Seniors Grace Adams, Olivia Ciancimino, Caroline Crouse, Riley Edmundson, Caitlin Hefner, Julie Lahiff and Chloe McDonald will be honored prior to the meet.

About the Bulldog Swimmers - The Bulldogs (2-2) come into the event after placing fourth at Florida Gulf Coast's Eagles Holiday Splash back in December. Asheville returns 19 swimmers and also adds four freshmen.

About Campbell - Campbell comes into the matchup at 0-3 on the season in duals. Their last competition was at Liberty's TYR '85 Invitational, where they finished fourth out of five teams.

Series History - This will be the 15th all-time meeting between Asheville and Campbell, with Campbell leading the all-time series 9-4-1. Asheville has won the last four duals in the series.
