Women's Tennis Releases 2025 Spring Schedule

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - UNC Asheville Women's Tennis released its 2025 Spring schedule today (Friday, Jan. 10), for the program's 18th season under head coach Lise Gregory.
 
The season opens on Sunday, Jan. 19 at the Asheville Racquet Club Downtown against Chattanooga, before Asheville hosts Tusculum on Saturday, Jan. 25. The month of January ends on Jan. 29 against Lenoir-Rhyne at home before the Bulldogs host Furman on Feb. 1 and Emmanuel (Ga.) on Feb. 2. After Asheville's first road match on Feb. 16 at UNC Greensboro, the Bulldogs return home to host Appalachian State on Feb. 16. The Bulldogs travel to Davidson on Feb. 23, before hosting North Carolina Central on Feb. 27 and Western Carolina on Feb. 28 to close out the month of February. March begins at Queens (N.C.) on Mar. 8 and at UNC Wilmington on Mar. 9, before Asheville returns home to host Wofford on Mar. 12. Big South Conference play begins at Longwood on Mar. 22, before the Bulldogs come home to face Gardner-Webb (Mar. 26) and Radford (Mar. 29) in conference action. Asheville travels to Presbyterian on Apr. 2, before closing out the regular season at home against Charleston Southern on Apr. 4. The Big South Conference Championships are set for Apr. 18-19 from Lexington, S.C.
 
"The team is ready to get back on the court for the Spring," said head coach Lise Gregory. "Our non-conference schedule will be tough but competitive and we're excited for the challenge of the Big South Conference."
 
The match against Chattanooga is set for Sunday, Jan. 19. First serve is set for 3:00 p.m. from the Asheville Racquet Club Downtown.
