Hailey Pendleton Earns College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® Honors

FULL COLLEGE SPORTS COMMUNICATORS RELEASE

GREENWOOD, Ind. - UNC Asheville Women's Golf graduate Hailey Pendleton has earned Academic All-District® honors from College Sports Communicators, announced by the organization today (Tuesday, June 25).

To qualify, a student-athlete must:

Be at least a sophomore both athletically and academically
Maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50
Participate in at least 70 percent of team scoring events for the year

Pendleton appeared in 10 tournaments and 27 rounds as a senior, finishing the year with a stroke average of 78.8. She logged her first career Top-20 finish at Ball State's Brittany Kelly Classic where she finished in a tie for 20th with teammate Presley Pickron.

This is Pendleton's first career Academic All-District® honor.

The Matthews, N.C. native graduated from UNC Asheville with a bachelor's degree in health and wellness promotion with a 3.55 grade point average.
