Women's Soccer Announces 2024 Schedule

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - UNC Asheville Women's Soccer has announced its 2024 schedule, for the program's fourth season under head coach Andy McNab.
The season begins with two road matches at The Citadel (Aug. 15) and Western Carolina (Aug. 18), before the Bulldogs face South Carolina State in the home opener on Aug. 22. Asheville will travel to Mercer on Aug. 25, before hosting Jacksonville State on Aug. 29 and VMI on Sept. 1. The Bulldogs take on a road swing to Furman (Sept. 5) and Wake Forest (Sept. 8), before taking on a four-match homestand through late September and early October. Asheville welcomes Wofford on Sept. 12, before playing host to Queens (N.C.) on Sept. 15. Big South Conference play opens at home on Sept. 28 against Charleston Southern for Alumni Weekend, before the Bulldogs open October at home against Radford (Oct. 2). Asheville then travels to Winthrop on Oct. 5, before hitting the road for Longwood on Oct. 12. The Bulldogs return home to Greenwood Field to face Gardner-Webb on Oct. 16, before hosting USC Upstate on Oct. 19 for Senior Day and the Ingles I-26 Rivalry. The regular season concludes with two road matches at Presbyterian (Oct. 23) and at High Point (Oct. 26).
The Big South Conference tournament begins Nov. 2 with the first round at higher seeds, with the semifinals (Nov. 7) and finals (Nov. 10) both played at Matthews Sportsplex in Matthews, N.C.
The season kicks off at The Citadel on Thursday, Aug. 15. Kickoff is set for 4:00 from Charleston, S.C., with video and live stats available at www.uncabulldogs.com.
