Asheville Women's Soccer Earns United Soccer Coaches 2022-23 Team Academic Award

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The UNC Asheville women's soccer team has earned the United Soccer Coaches 2022-23 Team Academic Award, recently announced by the organization.
Asheville is one of 502 collegiate women's soccer teams to earn the award by posting a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, and one of 187 schools to have both the men's and women's programs both earn the award.

Asheville Women's Soccer posted a 3.51 GPA in the fall semester and a 3.38 GPA in the spring semester finishing the 2022-23 academic year with a 3.44 team GPA. Jasmine Barry, Ava Bjorkman-Tracy, Carson Bogan, Barrett Eidson, Olivia Lenderman and Bronwyn Luitwieler earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors during the year, while 20 Bulldogs landed on the Big South Conference Presidential Honor Roll:
