Men's Tennis Set to Travel to East Tennessee State for Wednesday Non-Conference Clash

ASHEVILLE, N.C. -Â UNC Asheville men's tennis is set to travel to East Tennessee State for a non-conference clash on Wednesday (Mar. 1). First serve is set for 2:00 p.m. from the Dave Mullins Tennis Complex in Johnson City, Tenn.
About the Bulldogs -Â The Bulldogs come into the matchup at 5-3 overall after a 4-3 win over Wofford back on Feb. 23. The Bulldogs have posted a 12-6 combined doubles record so far on the year, while also having a combined 25-20 record in singles play on the season. Harry Thursfield and Sam Nicholson lead the way in doubles play with five wins, while Jon Brann Reid and Rafa Serra have four wins and Bruno Serra and Chester Wickwire also have two wins in doubles play. Thursfield and Reid also have one win as a doubles team on the year. Freddy Murray leads the team in singles wins with six, while Thursfield and Nicholson each have five wins in singles play. Reid has three wins in singles play, while Tarek Erlewein and Rafa Serra have two and Wickwire and Bruno Serra each have one.
