Men’s Basketball readies for a matchup against Gardner-Webb on Homecoming

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The UNC Asheville men's basketball team returns home on Saturday to host Gardner-Webb at Kimmel Arena. Saturday's game, which is presented by BMW of Asheville, is scheduled to tip-off at 3 p.m. on ESPN+ and locally on CW62.

Promotions - It is another Camper Reunion Game on Saturday where former campers get in free with a paying adult when they purchase tickets at the ticket window. Saturday will also be senior day where the team will honor its three seniors pregame in Alex Caldwell, Amadou Sylla, and Tajion Jones. Finally, there will be recognition of this year's Athletics Hall of Fame inductees and the 2002-03 men's basketball team.
Last Time Out – Asheville downed Radford by a score of 63-54 on Thursday night in a game played on ESPNU. With Thursday's victory, the Bulldogs improve to 21-7 overall and 13-2 in Big South play.
Chasing a Championship - With Thursday's win, the Bulldogs now have a two-game lead on Radford, who is in second place, with three games left in the regular season. Asheville needs to win just one of its final three games to claim its first Big South regular season championship since the 2017-18 season.
