Beryl Giletti Named Big South Conference Women's Golfer of the Week

FULL BIG SOUTH CONFERENCE RELEASE

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - UNC Asheville junior Beryl Giletti has been named Big South Conference Women's Golfer of the Week, announced by the league today (Friday, Nov. 3).

Giletti posted a runner-up finish at Asheville's French Broad Collegiate Invitational earlier this week (Oct. 30-31), posting rounds of 69 (-2), 75 (+4) and 76 (+5) to finish +8 for the tournament.

This is Giletti's first career Golfer of the Week award. The Houilles, France native is a psychology major.

The Bulldogs return to action for their first tournament of the spring semester Feb. 27-28 at Charleston Southern's Rivertowne Invitational.
