NINETY SIX, S.C. – The UNC Asheville Women's Golf team continued its stellar play at the 2022 Big South Championship on Thursday, shaving 13 strokes off its round-one performance to sit in fifth place entering Friday's third and final round of stroke play.

The tournament, which is being played at The Patriot Club at Grand Harbor, will see the top four teams advance to Saturday, which will then shift to match-play format.
