UNC Asheville Volleyball Signs Brandy Kishbaugh

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – UNC Asheville Head Volleyball Coach Frederico Santos announced Wednesday the signing of Brandy Kishbaugh (Tucson, Ariz.) to the program's 2021 recruiting class. Kishbaugh joins Carley Modlin, Nina Finderle, Elle Thigpen, and Amy Tippett as the newest crop of Bulldogs that are set to take the court for the team this fall.

As a senior, Kishbaugh racked up 501 assists (9.3 a/s) and 107 digs in 54 sets played. Was also a captain during her senior campaign.
4A-Kino, All-Region First Team selection in 2019.
Won the Arizona State 4A Championship as a sophomore and was on the team that finished runner-up in 2018.
Named to the Arizona Volleyball All-Stars First Team and played on an All-Star team at the Exact Showcase in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Member of the National Honors Society.

"Brandy is an excellent student and a tremendous leader as a setter and led her team to a state championship in 2017," Santos remarked. "She is a strong defensive player as well. We look forward to her training and competing this year."
