Golf finishes Day Two of Kiawah Island Classic

KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. – The UNC Asheville women's golf team played round two of the 2021 Kiawah Island Classic on Monday, totaling a 321 on the Cougar Point Golf Course.

Amber Capote had another solid outing, firing a 5-over-par 77, while Phoebe Carles and Madyson Gold each posted 81's. Hailey Pendleton rounded out Tuesday's scoring with a second-round 82.

The Bulldogs, who finished with the lowest score on the Oak Point Club Course on Sunday, will close out the tournament on the Oak Point Course on Tuesday with tee times starting at 9:50 a.m.
