UNC Asheville Athletics Celebrates 2018-19 Athletic Year at Annual ASHPYS Celebration

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The UNC Asheville athletics department celebrated a historic 2018-19 athletic year at its annual ASHPYS awards celebration on Friday, May 3, 2019.
The 2019 ASHPYS were held on the floor of Kimmel Arena inside the Sherrill Center with the event starting with a dinner catered by Twisted Laurel for UNC Asheville student-athletes before the awards celebration.
"What a fantastic night this was to celebrate our Bulldog champions and leaders," UNC Asheville Director of Athletics Janet R. Cone said. "The 2018-19 athletic year is one that I will always remember, and I am thankful that this evening we had the opportunity to celebrate all of the tremendous accomplishments over the course of the year."
