ASHEVILLE, N.C. – After two straight games on the road, UNC Asheville women's basketball returns home on Tuesday, Feb. 12 to host Presbyterian inside Kimmel Arena.
Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. and will be streamed on BSN on ESPN+.

About UNC Asheville
The Bulldogs return home to the friendly confines of Kimmel Arena with an 11-11 overall record and a 6-5 mark in Big South Conference games. In the last eight games, UNC Asheville is 6-2 with wins over Campbell, USC Upstate, High Point, Longwood, Presbyterian and Winthrop.
The Bulldogs are an impressive 4-1 in league home games and tote a four-game conference home winning streak. In those last five home conference games, three Bulldogs are averaging double digits – Sonora Dengokl, Jessica Wall and Zip Scott. Dengokl has a team-best 17.7 points per game average in three appearances. Wall and Scott have played in all five conference home games this year, as they have averaged 12.8 ppg and 10.4 ppg, respectively. Wall and Scott have combined for 116 total points, 25 assists, 11 steals, 35 rebounds, 24 three-pointers and 38 total field goals. Nadiria Evans (6.6) and Ali Trani (5.4) are the other two Bulldogs that are averaging 5.4 ppg or more.
Brooke Jordan-Brown has a team-best 5.8 rebounds per game in the five home conference games this year. She has corralled a team-best 29 total rebounds, while 23 have come on the defensive glass. Juliet Esadah, who has appeared in three of the five games, is right behind her teammate with a 5.7 rebounding average. Evonna McGill (4.4 rpg), Dengokl (4.3 rpg), Jimeshia Lawson (4.0 rpg) and Tiffany Wilson (4.0 rpg) are also threats on the glass for Asheville.
Scouting Presbyterian
PC travels to Asheville with a 4-18 overall mark and a 2-9 record in league games. The Blue Hose are currently on a seven-game overall losing streak and a seven-game losing streak in road games.
Three Blue Hose are averaging double digits this year. Kacie Hall has a team-leading 14.8 points per game average. Salina Virola, who has started all 22 games, is second on the team with 10.7 ppg, and Shamani Stafford is the final Blue Hose in double figures with a 10.1 ppg average.
Virola is the best rebounder for Presbyterian, as she is averaging 8.0 rebounds per game. Out of her 176 total rebounds, she has corralled 129 defensive rebounds and 47 offensive boards.

In the last head-to-head game, UNC Asheville upended the Blue Hose, 52-43, in Clinton, S.C. earlier this season. Four Bulldogs tallied nine or more points in the game with Wall leading the team with 11 points. Wall connected on 3 three-pointers to lead both teams. Lawson, Evans and Jordan-Brown all tallied nine points each in the Big South game. Jordan-Brown nearly earned a double-double, as she also grabbed a career-high 13 rebounds.
