Mission - To Develop "Champions in Athletics and Leaders in Life."
Vision - UNC Asheville Athletics will be a mission-driven, student-centered program that enhances the student experience, supports enrollment, and connects the campus to the community. We will deliver value through strong relationships and a distinctive culture while competing successfully at the NCAA Division I level. We will out-execute our competition through smart alignment of strategy, resources, and people.
