Dates: March 18-19. The event was a 36-hole tournament, with 18 holes on Saturday and Sunday.

Hilton Head, S.C. – The UNC Asheville women's golf team finished up play Sunday afternoon at the Low Country Intercollegiate at Moss Creek Golf Club. The Bulldogs finished in 13th place after the 36-hole tournament (+89).

Asheville's Rebecca Black led the way for the Bulldogs as she was 15-over for 36-holes.

BULLDOG BITES
FINAL RESULTS: High Point finished in first place. The Panthers shot +62 as a team. Three other Big South Conference schools were in attendance in Gardner-Webb (+65), Presbyterian College (+85), and Longwood (+108).

LEADING INDIVIDUAL: Celia Mansour of Presbyterian College came in first at 6-over for the tournament.

TOP 10 FINISH: Rebecca Black Black finished in the top 10 for the tournament coming in 8th after shooting a 159(80-79).

UP NEXT
After completing play this weekend UNC Asheville will take a break before returning to compete in the Citadel Invitational at Patriots Point Links in Mount Pleasant, S.C. on April 3-4.
